Check your Inbox, Junk or Spam email folders for an email sent from the email address email@example.com.
Send another “Forgot Password?” request. Be sure to type your email address accurately, and make sure you see the message, “An email was sent to you with instructions for resetting your password.”
If you haven't received an email within a few minutes, it may have been blocked by your district/organization email filters. Contact your district IT department to help diagnose the problem. Also, please email Support@BFK.org for further assistance.
