I haven't logged in before. What do I do?

You need to login to a user account to access the various applications, services, and resources provided by Battelle for Kids.

First, be sure you are at the correct portal. If you don't know your portal's web address, go to Battelle for Kids Client Sites. Select your district/organization from the drop-down list and click "GO".

If you have an account but have never logged in, you will need to reset your password.

• On the login page, click "Forgot Password?".
• Enter your district/organization email address and click "Send".
• If your email address was found, you will receive an email with a link to set your password.

If you do not have an account, ask your district/organization for an access code to create an account.
